Week 1’s day late weigh-in

I finally got to weigh-in this morning and the grand tally is (drumroll): -2 pounds.

Original Weight: 229
Week 1 Of Diet: 227

I’m actually very pleased with this number. I haven’t really cheated at all, and I have kept my calories at a very healthy level. I did a lot of exercise, but not enough to really be completely satisfied. This week is going to be tough for the exercise, but a new gym membership is definitely in order.

I also want to start weighing in on a different scale. This one is tough to read and is very low budget. I may pick up one that gives you your body fat percentage as well.

  2. See, I am not the only one that calls you Christopher. Great work… yeah, this week will be tough for both of us. Maybe we can find a B-ball court or something. Bring Andrew’s ball down.
