Week 2 Weigh In

This has been one crazy week for me. I started off great (up to Friday) with the diet, then the weekend there were plenty of empty beer calories, and then Sunday through Tuesday I didn’t eat anything due to a freak illness.

The bottom line is that I lost two pounds with all that hecticness, but it probably wasn’t the best way to lose them.

Original Weight: 229
Week 1 Of Diet: 227
Week 2 Of Diet: 225

Total Weight Loss: 4 pounds in 2 weeks

  2. Awww… that bites. About you getting sick.
    You gotta admit though, even it the weight loss was due to the illness, it feels good! LOL

    Glad you’re feeling better?
    Congrats though.
    Weight loss is weight loss. Just keep working hard at it!
